Maven 3005 Methacrylate Adhesive (Backup Formula for Plesxus MA300) Dispensing Kit

Maven MMA3005 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive suitable for structural bonding of various metals, plastics and composites. The product does not need surface preparation or a primer. This is a 1:1-part methacrylate adhesive with an open time of 3-6 minutes and handling strength can be achieved in less than 15 minutes. Give excellent bond strength on various substrates. If you prefer not to use a Dispenser, we have some 50ml kits that include hand tools or caulking dispenser adapters, as pictured, that you can use for fast small jobs. Directions of applications Wipe off and decrease the surface to be bonded. Use the gloves to avoid skin contact. Dispense a desirable amount of adhesive using a dispensing dispenser. The nozzle sizes can be selected according to the desired bond thickness. Join the substrates with the specified work-life of this material and allow it to cure at room temperature. Do not disturb the parts during the curing process. Excess adhesive can be wiped off. (For optimum strengths, surface preparation for the metals like sandblast, etching will be needed). Safety and handling Wear safety glasses and gloves. Harmful if swallowed. Keep it away from heat, flames. Keep out of reach of children. Once used keep the containers closed. Storage and shelf life Store this product in a tightly closed container in a cool and well-ventilated area. Product should not be frozen. Keep it away from any source of heat. Store the material in between 51℉ to 75℉. Continuous exposure above 75℃ will reduce the shelf life.
